To conduct basic and applied research aimed at addressing the issues of prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in various phenotypic and genotypic groups.
To predict the risk of cardiovascular complications by identifying the prognostic markers for recurrent coronary events in patients with acute coronary syndrome by proteomic, metabolomic and lipidomic analysis.
To develop a protocol for dynamic phenotyping of patients with acute coronary syndrome.
To develop a technology for data profiling of the medical information system, attribute clustering and building correlation pleiades.
To organize and conduct educational events for doctors and patients in order to raise awareness on the key principles and the latest advances in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome.
This project will assess the patterns in the obtained data of proteomic, metabolomic and lipidomic analysis and will perform an in-depth analysis of biomarkers, which in the future can be considered as a tool for predicting the recurrent cardiovascular events in patients after acute coronary syndrome.
Development of personalized risk prediction programs for cardiovascular pathology based on omics technologies.
